Account Setup
Step 1: Create Your Account
If you haven't already, sign up for an account by clicking the "Sign Up" button in the top navigation bar. You'll need to provide your email address and create a password.
Step 2: Complete Your Profile
Once logged in, navigate to your profile settings to add your company information, logo, and contact details. This information will appear on your reports.
Step 3: Choose a Subscription Plan
Visit our Pricing page to select a subscription plan that fits your needs. We offer monthly and annual options with different feature sets.
Creating Your First Report
Creating a new sewer inspection report is straightforward with our intuitive report builder:
- From the dashboard, click the "Create New Report" or "Create New Report with AI" button.
- Fill in the basic information including client details, property address, and inspection date.
- Use the section builder to add different components to your report:
- Property information
- Inspection findings
- Photos and videos
- Recommendations
- Upload photos to supplement your findings.
- Add your professional recommendations based on the findings.
- Preview your report to ensure everything looks correct
- Click "Save" to store your report in your account
Your report will be saved as a draft until you mark it as complete. You can return to edit it anytime.
Using AI-Powered Reports with Your Notes
Our AI report generation feature, combined with your Notes, can save you significant time by automatically creating comprehensive reports:
How to Use AI for Report Generation
- Navigate to the "Create New Report with AI" page (you can typically find this on your Dashboard or under "Reports").
- When the AI assistant dialog opens, you'll see a dropdown menu labeled "Select Note".
- Choose one of your previously saved Notes. The content of that note will automatically populate the main text area for the AI.
- You can further edit these details, add more observations directly in the text area, or include information like customer name and job date.
- Upload any relevant inspection photos to accompany the report.
- Click "Generate Report" and let the AI process your information to create a structured draft.
- Review the AI-generated report in the editor, make any necessary adjustments, and then save it.
The AI will use your notes and other provided details to generate appropriate language for your findings, organize the information logically, and suggest recommendations.
